Your Real Estate Assistant Can Help You Give Your Clients Something Extra

Real estate’s an interesting business. You help people buy and sell homes – places where families are raised and memories are created. As a real estate agent, you’ll find that, though you’re only working with someone for a short time, you have an important role in their lives.

What you’ll find, in time, is that the role you play – the relationships that you form – in their lives is the key to your success in real estate. The role you play, your relationships: they are the keys to your past clients referring their friends and family to you when people they knew need an agent.

But that doesn’t mean that you need to be the one who gives them a little bit extra. When you’re working with the right real estate assistant, you’ll find that building relationships with your clients is easier than you’d thought it could be.

Want to give sellers something extra? Provide them with home staging tips, sellers tips and advice for finding their new home – even if it’s in another area. Want to give your buyers something extra? Consider taking a photo of them in front of their home and let your real estate assistant create postcards or notecards that they can use to let their friends and family know that they’ve moved.

It’s the little extras that you give your clients that will strengthen your relationships with them – just like it’s the little extras that you remember, the little things that come up in your personal relationships that create lasting memories for you. Let your real estate assistant take control of providing those little extras and you can be sure that your clients will remember you.
