NAR National Association of REALTORS(R) 2008 Convention?

Monday, August 18th, 2008

I think I might head down to the NAR convention this year in Orlando FL. with some friends and clients. I went last year and had an amazing time in LV. Met a lot of great agents and saw some really neat products.

This year I am thinking of new creative ways I can promote myself at NAR. I am not the kind that can sit at a booth for 8 hours on end… ( I think I secretly have “EXPO A.D.D.”) I love to walk, talk, learn, and explore so I have amazing things to take back to all of my clients.

What do you think?? Think this will get Real estate agents attention?

Why Article Marketing Is Important to Your Real Estate Business

Sunday, June 24th, 2007

Different people will give you their opinions on article marketing. Some people will tell you that you absolutely must use it – even if you don’t quite understand what it is. Others will tell you that you need to research every article and make every phrase perfect.

The key, however, to article marketing for your real estate business is simply this: you can learn by doing, and we can make it easier to get your project underway.

First, you’ll need to have articles written. You’ll have two options for this. You can choose to put your knowledge of real estate and your market into words on your own. Or you can hire a virtual assistant to ghostwrite articles for you. These articles will help to establish your expertise in the field and differentiate you from other real estate businesses in your area.

Then, you’ll need to submit them to article directory sites. Here’s the great news: we’ve put together a comprehensive list or article directory sites. With it, you’ll be able to know exactly where to submit your articles for the exposure you need.

With your article’s resource box, you’ll create links back to your real estate business’ website – from the article sites as well as from relevant newsletters and blogs that choose to use your articles. And, as a result, your website will grow in popularity and search engine rank.

A Real Estate Virtual Assistant Can Give Your Marketing Materials a New Look

Tuesday, June 12th, 2007

When you work in real estate, you know that appearance is important – not so much your own appearance, but that of your marketing materials. A real estate virtual assistant can work with you to create a look that stands out.

A real estate virtual assistant can work with you to update the current template that you use for creating your business cards, for just listed or just sold postcards and even for marketing flyers – both for the services that you offer and for the properties that you represent.

Wouldn’t it be great if all of your marketing materials were both eye-catching and informative? Wouldn’t it be great if people really noticed your advertising and, even more importantly, responded to it?

The goal of your marketing campaigns is to generate interest in your services as well as the properties that you represent. Without the right marketing materials – without using the right colors and fonts, without providing the right layout and information – it’s difficult to draw attention.

That’s where a real estate virtual assistant comes in. A real estate virtual assistant who has experience with design programs can make sure that every photo is just right. He or she can create a layout that “pops” without distracting the person who is viewing it.

In other words, hiring a real estate virtual assistant can give you an edge, an ability to draw in clients – buyers and sellers alike – and save you the hassle of learning design and desktop publishing software.

A Virtual Assistant Can Market Your Business

Saturday, May 19th, 2007

When you need to get the word out about products and services that your business provides, marketing is essential.

The right marketing includes a variety of tools – from business cards to brochures, from flyers to postcards, from your website to an email campaign. A virtual assistant can work with you to use those tools, can design effective logos, maintain and update your website and take on a variety of other tasks that will help you to market your business.

Not everyone is a born marketer. Not everyone can take a giant step back and look at the product and services that they offer from their customers’ perspectives.

A virtual assistant is a vital asset for communicating your message; and, while he or she focuses on marketing, you can focus on running your business.

How Can a Virtual Assistant Help You to Market Your Website?

Tuesday, May 8th, 2007

With all of the competition that small and large businesses face, it is important to market your website. A virtual assistant can help.

You can hire a virtual assistant to create and maintain your website, but when you do, ask the following questions:

  1. Do you understand the importance of Meta tags?
  2. Do you know how to optimize the copy of my website for search engine crawlers?
  3. Do you understand keyword density and know how to apply your knowledge?
  4. Do you understand the process of creating backlinks to my website?
  5. Do you know how to take advantage of local directories so that prospective customers in my area will find my website?
  6. Can you make my site easy to navigate?
  7. Can you add unique content to my site on a regular basis?

The answers to each of these questions has an affect on whether or not you will have a site that is easy for your current and prospective customers or clients to find and navigate.

The right virtual assistant will help you to market your website based on his or her understanding of search engine optimization. And, of course, the right virtual assistant will create a site that’s visually appealing and informative as well.
